Shipping cost depends on the length of the piece and your location — long items like staffs cost more to ship than a poker or pet-size steeeck. We'll confirm the exact cost before you pay.
Because every piece is made to order, payments are only accepted after your order details are confirmed by email. Payments sent before that confirmation are not eligible for a refund.

Yes — the order form has a quick basic version (size, wood, notes), plus an optional "customize every detail" section you can expand for bark placement, natural bends, wood burning, grip wraps, and more. Use as much or as little of it as you want.
