What we collect

When you create an account, we store your email address and the date you signed up. That's it — we don't collect payment details, addresses, or anything else through the sign-up form.

What we don't collect

We don't store your card, Cash App, or Venmo information. Payments happen directly on those apps' own platforms — this site never sees or touches your payment details.

Site visits

We log basic, anonymous visit counts (just a number, no personal info) so we know how many people are checking out the site.

Custom orders

Order details you email us (size, wood preference, what it's for) are used only to build and fulfill your order. We don't share them with anyone else.

Payments & refunds

Please email your order details before sending payment. Because pieces are handmade to order, payments sent without confirming order details first are not eligible for a refund. Once your order is confirmed and in progress, reach out directly if an issue comes up — we'll work with you.

Account deletion

Want your account and data removed? Email mainesteeecksupport@gmail.com and we'll delete it.

Assumption of Risk & Liability

Every steeeck, staff, cane, and poker is handmade from natural wood — a material that, like any natural material, cannot be guaranteed against ever cracking, splintering, or breaking under enough stress or over time.

By purchasing or using a Mr Steeeck product, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You use the product at your own risk.
• We take the best care we reasonably can in selecting wood, shaping, and finishing every piece — but we cannot prevent everything, and we cannot guarantee against injury, property damage, or death resulting from use, misuse, structural failure, or any other cause related to the product.
• If a piece is intended for mobility support (a cane), we strongly recommend having it reviewed and approved for your specific needs by a doctor or physical therapist before relying on it for balance or weight-bearing support.
• Products made or labeled as chewable for pets should always be used under supervision. We are not responsible for injury, illness, or death resulting from a pet's use of any product.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mr Steeeck disclaims liability for injury, death, or damage arising from the purchase, gifting, or use of its products.
